Hey
Guys, I have just finished posting PICS along with some narration from the Bad Boys Pool Party. Check everything out on my travelogue page. In addition, I will be updating that same page with photos and info. from my International Mister Leather (IML) appearance at the Eagle in Charlotte, NC, and a few from my trip to Washington, DC. My goal is to get caught up so that once I get back from my upcoming trip to Belize I can get those PICS on the site soon thereafter. Some
good news is that I am in the final stages of getting my
site ready for video sales. Once this is in place you guys
will be able to purchase my various videos directly

Hey
Guys,
Well, at
long last I am getting my journal up and running. I'm
really excited about this aspect of my web site as I will
now be able to communicate with you more directly and
better than I have ever been able to in the past. This
gives me an opportunity to share with you what's going on
with me, to chat about issues that I feel are of
importance to all of us, and to let you know what I'm
planning on doing in the future. It will also be a way for
me to let you know of certain events that I feel might be
of interest. Even though my public appearances are listed
on my schedule page I am often involved silently in events
that I feel have great merit.
One of
the most important things that I want to tell you guys is
how grateful I am for all of your support and interest in
my career. In the almost 7 years that I have been working
in the porn industry, the single most gratifying aspect of
my work has been you, the fans. I literally get fan mail
from all over the world. It's extremely touching and
complimentary to know that my work as reached so many of
you and seemingly has had a such positive influence. It
actually can be rather surreal as I don't think that I
have ever considered myself to be anything thing of a "sex
symbol" but then I guess we all see ourselves differently
when we look in the mirror than the way others may view
us.
It's been about one year now that my new web site has been
up and running. As you may have noticed my web master and
I have been spending a lot of time adding content. I
promised myself that this would be the year to take my
site to a completely new level. My website was recently
chosen as an official Gay Porn Stars Guide Hot Site by
www.GayPornStars.com The
following are some things that you can expect to see
happen in the near future:
1. I'll
soon be selling videos through my site. This will make it
a lot easier for you get your hands on certain titles.
2. I'll
be categorizing my videos so you'll know which are the
bondage videos, which ones I bottom in, which are leather,
which ones have received or been nominated for awards,
etc..
3. I'll
be creating a members only pay section. This will have XXX
PICS, action shots, eventually video clips, etc.
Many of
you have asked why I don't currently have any XXX PICS
shown. With our current administration in Washington D.C.
porn has come under greater scrutiny and attack. In an
effort to protect myself as well as prevent minors from
viewing my site I will only be able to offer this to
paying members. My website as it exists now will still
remain free. It has always been very important to me that
as many guys worldwide get to see my site for free. I
realize that not everyone operates under that same type of
economic system as we do here in the USA.
Here are few items of interest:
1. For any of you guys in the Seattle, Washington area: the Seattle Men's Chorus and the Seattle Women's Chorus are hosting their 8th annual dinner, dance, and auction entitled South Pacific. For
those of you who are not aware, I was nominated Man of the
Year 2003 by the readers of Men Magazine in Germany. The
following is a transcript of the interview in both English
as well as the original German version.
1. How do you feel about being named Man of the Year?
It was
a real surprise and a huge honor, especially knowing
that it was the readers themselves who chose me. It's
extremely complimentary!
2.
Would you like to say something to the readers?
Vielen
Dank. It's very flattering to be nominated as Man of the
Year in Germany. Especially since I studied German as
my minor at University. I'm going to have part of my
site translated in German. Since I get so many e-mails
from German speaking fans I thought that it would be a
nice way to say thank you.
3.
Which is your favorite film of all that you made?
I
have a lot of favorite films all for different reasons.
If I had to pick one, then it probably would have to be
"Tulsa County Line." Joe Gage, who directed the
video is a legend in the porn industry. It was an
incredible pleasure working with him as well as with the
other cast members. The visuals and sex scenes are
really great as well.
4.
Which film did you make last?
It was
"Sex Pigs." I shot that at the end of last year with
MSR video. They are always great to work with on a
shoot. They've always treated me very well. By the way
all my films are listed on my web page,
5. Is
Porn your full-time employment?
Yes, I
work full time now and have for almost 5 years. I have
never just done videos though. That would become boring
pretty quickly. The best part of my job is meeting fans.
So I also do club appearances, personal appearances and
I've even acted in some plays.
6. Can
you make enough money to live?
Fortunately yes! I have been working in the porn
industry for almost 7 years now and have been extremely
fortunate to have had the success that I have had.
That's pretty rare in this industry. I certainly owe my
success to my fans.
7.
Didn't you live in Europe for a while?
Yes, I
studied in Dijon, France from 1984-85. During my stay
I met a lot students from Germany, Austria and
Switzerland so I began to learn German on my own from a
French, German language book. When I returned to my
University in Illinois, I then studied German as one of
my minors. I also studied at the Goethe-Institute here
in San Francisco. I then lived in Paris from 1989 until
1995. During that time I studied 1 year at the Sorbonne
as well as received my Masters in International
Relations from Boston University at their Paris
campus. While living there I had the incredible
experience of being in Berlin for New Year's Eve 1989.
It was right after the Berlin Wall came down. It's an
experience that I will never forget. It was truly
incredible!
8. Do
you enjoy traveling?
Yes,
very much. That's supposed to be very characteristic of
my star sign which is Sagittarius. Needless to say I've
traveled and lived all over the world. I've learned an
enormous amount and have had the great chance to meet so
many different people.
9. Is
there a big difference between European and American
men?
Yes,
and no. European men are very different from each other
just as American men are different from each other. It
makes a big difference depending on what part of the
States you were raised. Generalizations really don't
make much sense. I think that each culture has its own
sexual identity which defines it's sense of sexuality.
Some are liberal, others more conservative. Each view
their interpersonal relationships differently, each has
a different definition of Gay-Community, and each
country has its own sense of Gay culture.
10. In
your videos you are equally as assertive as you are
gentile yet with and edge. Is this Jason Branch the porn
star or is this how you are in your personal life?
I
would have to say that what my fans see is how I am
naturally. When it comes to sex one can fake it but it
doesn't come across as very realistic. I just get into
sex that I am interested in and enjoy. Like most people
I have many diverse sexual interests. In my personal
life why should I do something that I don't enjoy. The
same is true with my video work. I enjoy what I do and I
think that it shows on screen. I guess that's one of the
reasons I've been so successful as a porn star. I
really enjoy my work. If I didn't I would certainly be
doing something else.
11. Do
you have a boy friend?
I met a really sweet guy who I've been dating for around 8 months. His name is Parker and no he isn't in the porn business.

Lesern in Deutschland zum Mann des Jahres gewählt
worden zu sein. Wenn ich endlich einmal dazu komme,
möchte ich meine Webseite auch ins Deutsche übersetzen.
Ich bekomme eine ganze Reihe E-Mails von
deutschsprachigen Fans. Ich finde es angebracht, das
zu berücksichtigen!
3. Welches ist dein Lieblingsfilm von allen, die du gemacht hast?
Ich
habe eine ganze Reihe von Lieblingsfilmen, aus
unterschiedlichen Gründen. Wenn ich einen wählen soll,
dann wohl »Tulsa County Line«. Die Regie führte der
legendäre Joe Gage. Es war ein echter Genuss, mit ihm
zu arbeiten, und die Mitspieler waren auch toll. Die
Spielszenen und der Sex waren großartig. Joe Gage hat
wirklich gute Drehbucheinfälle.
4. Welchen Film hast du zuletzt gemacht?
"Sex
Pigs". Der wurde Ende letzten Jahres von MSR Video
gedreht. Mit dieser Produktionsfirma zu arbeiten ist
immer wieder ein Vergnügen. Auf meiner Webseite sind
übrigens alle meine Filme gelistet.
5. Ist Porno deine Hauptbeschäftigung?
Ich
bin zu hundert Prozent dabei, aber ich habe nie nur
vor der Kamera gestanden. Das würde schnell langweilig.
Ich mag es, meine Fans zu treffen. Das ist eigentlich
das Schönste an meiner Arbeit. Ich arbeite als Escort,
trete in Clubs auf und bin in der Weltgeschichte
unterwegs.
6. Bringt das genügend Geld zum Leben?
Glücklicherweise ja! Ich arbeite schon sieben Jahre
sehr erfolgreich in der Pornoindustrie. Das gibt¹s
nicht oft. Und ich verdanke das eigentlich nur meinen
Fans, die mich sehen wollen.
7. Du hast mal in Europa gelebt?
Ich
studierte 1984-85 in Dijon. Dort in Frankreich traf
ich auch viele Leute aus Deutschland, Österreich und
der Schweiz und ich begann, zunächst im Selbststudium,
Deutsch zu lernen. Später studierte ich in den USA
Deutsch im Nebenfach, und ich lernte auch hier in San
Francisco am Goethe-Institut. Von1989 bis 1995 lebte
ich in Paris und studierte an der Sorbonne. Damals,
Silvester 89/90 war ich übrigens auch in Berlin, kurz
nach dem Mauerfall. Diesen Aufenthalt werde ich für
immer im Gedächtnis behalten.
8. Du reist gern?
Ja,
die Leute sagen, das sei typisch für mein Sternzeichen,
den Schützen. Ich habe viel von der Welt gesehen und
hatte so das Glück, eine Menge zu lernen und viele
verschiedene Menschen kennen zu lernen.
9. Gibt es einen besonderen Unterschied zwischen europäischen und amerikanischen Männern?
Ja
und nein. Es gibt überall sehr unterschiedliche Männer,
in Europa genauso wie in Amerika. Generalisierungen
machen da keinen Sinn. In den USA macht es einen
riesigen Unterschied, aus welchem Landesteil ein Mann
kommt. Jede Kultur hat ihre sexuellen Eigenheiten.
Manche sind liberal, andere restriktiver. Beziehungen
werden unterschiedlich bewertet. Jeder bezieht sich
anders auf die Gay-Community, und jedes Land hat seine
eigene schwule Kultur.
10. Du bist in deinen Filmen eher aktiv als passiv, mit einem Hang zu Sauereien und etwas brutal. Ist das die Filmfigur Jason Branch oder bist du das?<B> Das bin ich. Wenn es um Sex geht, lässt sich das Vergnügen daran nicht gut vortäuschen. Deshalb mache ich auch nur solchen Sex, der mir gefällt. Und ich genieße auch den Sex in meinen Filmen, natürlich nicht immer gleich intensiv. Trotzdem ist diese Lust beim Filmen vielleicht der Grund für meinen Erfolg als Pornodarsteller. Ich genieße es wirklich. 11. Hast du einen Freund? Ich lernte vor acht Monaten einen Mann kennen. Er heißt Parker, ist nicht im Pornobusiness und wirklich ein süßer Kerl.
